Hailee Greene

Hailee Greene is the CEO of PomacePlus, an innovative startup using Cornell technology to upcycle grape pomace—the byproduct of winemaking—into natural, value-added ingredients for food and agriculture. A serial entrepreneur with roots in both farming and small business, Hailee grew up helping on her mom’s farm and in her dad’s deli. Before launching PomacePlus, she spent over a decade in politics, including serving as Tri-State Director for Governor Jay Inslee’s presidential campaign, and later founded GreeneStrat, a consulting firm supporting startups and small businesses. A 2024 MBA graduate of Cornell University, Hailee also founded GreeneAcres Processing, building the industrial hemp supply chain in New York State. When she is not leading ventures, Hailee can be found on her family farm training horses, competing in dressage, or hiking the Adirondack foothills with her partner and Dalmatian, Toula.
